Tender of Leasing of SLR/VPU/Asstt. Guard Lobby for All Passenger
(Mail/Exp/Pass. and Special) Trains. Application Form shall be accept on
proforma given below

Amendments have been done in registration fee given in
Pre Press Notification No. 01/2006. Class-wise amended Registration Fee is

Applicants should not deposit registration fee with
application form. Only Application form and related Certificate should be
submitted. Registration fee is to be deposited after verification of documents
there-after registration will be done.
Note-
1. Persons/Firms/Companies/Societies
registered with the division shall only be eligible to apply in the tenders
invited for the leasing of SLR/ VPUs/Assitt. Guard Lobby.
2. Persons/Firms/Companies/Societies
interested in Registration are required to apply on plain paper as per proforma
given above alongwith registration documents.
3. The applicants
will have to indicate the category of
Registration in proper column in application form. Registration will be
done for five year.
4. In case of
renewal, the applicant will have to
apply after the expiry of registration period i.e. five years. He will be
registered for the next period as per
rule and no additional
registration fee will be levied
for the same.
5. If the Lease
holder wants to cancel his
registration, the registration fee will be returned after deduction of railways dues, if any.
6. Application shall
be accepted only when all the terms and condition have been fulfilled
Incomplete applications shall be treated as cancelled. All Right are reserved
with railway administration.
