Being allowed access to "http://www.ner.railnet.gov.in/Stores/index.htm"
("the site") of Stores Department, North Eastern Railway, Ministry of Railways,
Government of India, you enter into the ner.railnet.gov.in/Stores/index.htm

This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Either party can terminate
for any reason at any time.

Material Submitted by Users
Certain elements of The Site will contain material submitted by users.
Stores Department, North Eastern Railway, Ministry of Railways, Government
of India accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such

Force Majeure
Stores Department, North Eastern Railway, Ministry of Railways shall have

Indian Law
The Agreement will be governed by Indian Law. The Indian courts will
have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
